The subject of the contract shall be successive supplies of meat, cold meats and animal fats in the quantities and parts referred to in Annex 1 and Annex 2 of this specification.
Delivery must be made once daily from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 11:00, on Fridays and the last day of the month and days preceding holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Orders are placed by telephone, fax or email three days in advance, the contractor undertakes to provide the subject of the order in quantities and dates specified by the contracting party together with the original invoice and the HDI document.
The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the subject of the order in min. 50% of the quantity specified in the price form. The actual quantities of the subject of the contract provided by the contractor during the term of this contract will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority.
The Contracting Authority authorises the possibility of submitting partial tenders.
