- a firm tranche giving rise to an ordinary contract, corresponding to the following types of services:

- regular transport services providing, principally, for pupils, the services of schools,

- regular urban transport services.

- an optional tranche giving rise, in case of consolidation, to a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with no minimum or maximum and corresponding to the following types of services:

- occasional transportation services to community facilities, summer equipment and swimming pools,

- transport services of an event nature.
