The subject of the contract is comprehensive analytical and supportive support for the funding guideline "DATIpilot - Promoting and Learning, an Experimental Space in the Environment of DATI", which was published in the Federal Gazette on 12.7.2023.

The aim of the contract is to record and evaluate the achievement of objectives, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of the funding guideline on the basis of quantitative and qualitative indicators based on the findings of the contract. An analysis will also be carried out to what extent transfer and innovation activities for various target groups can be facilitated and accelerated through the use of simplified and novel procedures and funding approaches. Furthermore, insights into the main barriers to transfer in the German research and innovation landscape are to be generated. In addition, a needs-based support offer for the grant recipients is to be developed in the context of a co-creative learning approach, which in turn is to be scientifically evaluated. All work steps are to be closely coordinated with the client and made available to various target groups in different formats via the transfer of results.
