Modernization of the LAN network must provide for the delivery of a solution that meets the design requirements and its implementation on the premises of the Institute in accordance with the available documentation. The contractor must also perform post-implementation documentation and conduct basic training in managing the implemented infrastructure and tools for solving problems with the implemented infrastructure.
The supplier is to provide all devices, install them in appropriate access points, connect them to the fiber optic infrastructure and configure these devices in accordance with the scope of implementation.

The contractor must also perform post-implementation documentation and conduct basic training in managing the implemented infrastructure and tools for solving problems with the implemented infrastructure.
The supplier is to deliver all devices, install them in appropriate access points, connect them to the fiber optic infrastructure and configure these devices in accordance with the scope of implementation (Annex 1 to opz).
The Ordering Party has a total of 18 teletechnical cabinets in which active devices will be placed, in accordance with Annex 2 to the OPZ. This annex contains a list of teletechnical cabinets (distribution points) together with a list of devices to be included in these points.
All delivered equipment must be brand new and not withdrawn from production on the date of submission of tenders. All devices must be officially distributed. To confirm that the devices come from a legal distribution channel, the Contractor must provide a statement signed by a representative of the manufacturer or distributor of the offered solution. The warranty must be carried out in the Polish. The NBD service is to be carried out by the supplier during the period of support for the delivered devices.
The entire solution must be connected to the existing infrastructure and be compatible with it. The edge device of the infrastructure is the PaloAlto 3220 Firewall, to which the entire solution will be connected.
All elements of the offered implementation, i.e. active LAN and UTM devices and the management system must come from the same manufacturer.
