1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of gas fuel together with the distribution service to the buildings of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. 2. The subject of the contract is the purchase of gaseous fuel with a total estimated volume of 1 215 000 kWh during the delivery period, to the Ordering Party's buildings listed in Annex 1 to SWZ.

3. The Contractor shall perform all activities and arrangements with the DSO necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the seller and effectively start the sale of gaseous fuel, including in particular: termination of existing comprehensive agreements, notification to the DSO of new contracts for the sale of gaseous fuel. The Contractor will perform these activities on the basis of appropriate powers of attorney granted by the Ordering Party together with the conclusion of contracts for the sale of gaseous fuel. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in particular a list of collection points together with tariff groups, contractual powers and planned quantities of gaseous fuel consumption.
