External procurement basic operation of N-ERGIE IT GmbH

(FBIT)

The aim of this project is to conduct a call for tenders to identify an adequate service provider on the market who provides the listed core points/services in the required quality at the best price/performance ratio for N-ERGIE IT GmbH and to operate the services advertised after carrying out a takes over transformation and transition project.

The overarching objective of the outtasking project essentially includes the following key points:

• Provision and operation of SAP systems including basic SAP services on a

new SAP HANA platform to be created as well as continuation of the SAP R/3 inventory landscape

• Provision and operation of the existing HCL inventory landscape including portal basic services.

• Provide and operate specific infrastructure components and services. These are divided into the following main tasks:

- database distributions such as Oracle, DB2, MSSQL and more

- backup using the product Veeam

- Unix operating systems from SUSE, Red Hat, Ubuntu and IBM AIX distributions incl.
