The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of services to ensure people to perform activities for the Employer.

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of services to ensure people to perform activities for the Employer.

The above-mentioned services will be provided at the Employer's branches in Poland according to the following list:

1. Branch Rewita Międzyzdroje, ul. Promenada Gwiazd 3, 72-500 Międzyzdroje

2. Rewita Mielno Branch, ul. Suriana 24, 76-032 Mielno-Unieście

3. Branch Rewita Sopot, ul. Kilińskiego 12, 81-772 Sopot

4. Branch Rewita Solina, Solina, 38-612 Solina

5. Branch Rewita Rogowo, Rogowo 76, 72-330 Mrzeżyno

6. Branch Rewita Waplewo, Maróz 2, 11-015 Olsztynek

7. Rewita Jurata Branch, ul. Helska 2, 85-150 Jurata

8. Rewita Zakopane Branch, two locations:

a) Kościelisko - ul. St. Nędzy Kubińca 101, 34-511 Kościelisko,

b) Friendship - ul. K. Przerwy-Tetmajera 27, 34-500 Zakopane

Services provided by the Temporary Employment Agency are to include recruitment and employment of persons to perform activities for the Employer.
