Open tender, entirely managed electronically, relating to the executive design and execution of the works for the construction of the Messina – Catania – Palermo railway line, New Palermo – Catania connection. Lot 3: Lercara Diramazione – Caltanissetta Xirbi section, between the Lercara Diramazione station (excluded) and the Caltanissetta Xirbi station (excluded), from km 0+000 (coinciding with the pk 77+329 of the Palermo Catania historical line) to km 46+703 (coinciding with the approximately pk 125+455 of the Palermo Catania historic line), including civil works of headquarters and buildings with related technological systems, road works and road repair, suppression of PLs in sections interfering with the current line, hydraulic works, railway superstructure, interventions to IS systems, Telecommunications, Light and Motive Force, Contact Line, SSE, TE cabins, Mechanical Systems, the new Marcatobianco Area Maintenance Post (PMZ), the new Marianopoli Movement Post (PM), the new Posto di Movimento (PM) S. Reclamation from explosive devices € 7,583,752.96 category B. TER classification VII. The services relating to the reclamation of explosive devices may be subcontracted only to companies in possession of the requirements established by Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11 May 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defense.
The total amount relating to the transport, disposal or recovery of waste is € 57,757,011.99; if the contractor does not meet the requirements of the legislation in force, the services must be subcontracted to qualified companies as reported in paragraph I), subcontracting of the tender specification and in the contract outline in the same annex.
