The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and separately collected waste.

b) Appendix No. 1.1 to the OPZ - Composters,
c) Appendix No. 2 to the OPZ – Sticker – "Poor segregation,
2) Appendix B to the Terms of Use - Model Agreement,
3) Appendix C to the Terms of Reference - Resolutions of the Chojnów City Council
The Contractor is obliged to secure its bid with a bid bond in the amount of: PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys)
The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste not segregated (mixed) and separately collected:
(a) paper and paperboard,
(b) glass,
(c) plastics, metals and multi-material packaging waste,
(d) biowaste,
e) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
(f) expired medicines.
from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the city of Chojnów, subject to paragraph 4.1 letter f, to the installation located at 59-220 Legnica, Rzeszotarska 1 Street.
Collection of expired medicines referred to in paragraph 4.1 letter f will take place from places indicated by the Ordering Party. . Collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point collected by employees of the Chojnowski Municipal and Housing Management Plant from street bins. Development of fixed schedules for municipal waste collection. Keeping documentation related to the subject of the contract in accordance with the contract and the provisions of applicable law. REMARK!. The Contractor is obliged to transport the collected waste for management to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Legnica (RIPOK), Rzeszotarska Street, managed by Legnickie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o., Nowodworska 60, 59-220 Legnica.
