The detailed description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Book of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.) .The West, North, Central and East lots covered by this consultation are the subject of an order grouping agreement with the municipalities of Coignières, Guyancourt, Magny-Les-Hameaux, Montigny-Le-Bretonneux and Villepreux
