Torus has obtained funding from the Social Housing Decarbonation Fund (SHDF) to carry out retrofit works to Torus owned properties which have been identified as being in need of improved insulation (EPC rating D or below). The properties included within this project comprise of 132 mixed house types (semi-detached and terrace) across 3 Torus schemes in the Walton area of Liverpool.
