The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) shall secure the central area of Vuku against flood. The planned initiation is in August 2022 with a completion by the end of 2023.

NVE is publishing an open tender contest for the supply of sealing membranes for flood protection measures against the Verdal River at Vuku.

NVE is publishing an open tender contest for the supply of sealing membranes for flood protection measures against the Verdal River at Vuku.

Requirements for the delivery:

The sealing membrane must fulfil the following requirements:

Membrane type: GBR-P of HDPE

Thickness: 1 mm

Permeability: Water tight

Stretchability: Use class 2 cf. NorGeoSpec

Perforation resistance: Use class 2 cf. NorGeoSpec

The membrane is to be delivered on a roll with a width of 7 metres.

The width can deviate by +/- 0.5 metres.

Amount/time of delivery:

6000 m2. Delivery in week 48 (2022).

Option for delivery of 2000 m2 in week 33 (2023).

The product category of the applicable membrane should be attached to the tender offer.

The membrane will be laid in strips with 1 metre overlap.

It will not be necessary to weld the joints.

The total value of the agreement is estimated to NOK 2,000,000 (excluding VAT)

Delivery location:

Delivery to the rig area south of Vuku sports centre. The price stated in the tender offer should include delivery to Vuku.

NS8409:2008:

Delivery shall be regulated in accordance with NS 8409: 2008 General contract provisions for the purchase of building materials. Upon award of the delivery, the agreement shall be signed and filled out in accordance with NS8409 (attached)
