4.5. The subject of the order shall be delivered successively, based on the Ordering Party's orders, in which the type and number of the ordered material will be specified each time. The Contractor shall provide:

a) office supplies to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, Chocimska 28 (warehouse) by its transport, within 3 (three) business days from the date of placing the order by e-mail - in accordance with the requirements set out in the Order Price Calculation Table - price form constituting Annex 1 to the offer form. Deliveries should take place on working days, between 8.30 and 14.30,

b) xerographic paper for photocopiers and printers in the state of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw and its subordinate district prosecutor's offices,

to the units indicated in Table 2 included in the Description of the subject of the order, by their transport, within 3 (three) business days from the date of placing the order by e-mail. Deliveries should take place on working days,

from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

The quantities of individual consumables shown in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 (order price calculation form - price form) to the OPZ are estimates. The actual scope of the contract depends on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. In connection with the above, the Ordering Party informs,

that the minimum scope of the contract to be completed is 70% of the gross contractual remuneration.

4.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 2 to the offer form for part 2

c) covers for prosecutorial cases in accordance with the requirements and standards not worse than those indicated in Table No. 3 included in the OPZ and specified in the Order Price Calculation Table - price form constituting Annex 2 to the offer form. Deliveries should take place on working days,

from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

d) logs of records and covers with the company logo - in accordance with the requirements and standards no worse than those indicated in Table 4 included in the OPZ and with the requirements set out in the Order Price Calculation Table - price form constituting Annex 2 to the offer form.
