The Assignment includes bus transport for one-day and multi-day trips for the excursions and working weeks at home and abroad of CSG Reggesteyn. Package holidays, where transport and accommodation are booked in one, are not part of this tender.

The excursion and working week destinations are specified in Annex 5. No rights can be derived from the mentioned numbers of journeys, destinations, distances and numbers of pupils, these can and will differ in practice. The size of the assignment may vary from year to year and may decrease or increase over the years due to changes in the number of pupils and/or as a result of changes in the educational programmes.
