Description:
Java to support BaFZA software development

The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks (BaFZA) intends to award Java to support BaFZA software development by means of an open procedure in accordance with Section 119 (1) GWB.

It is intended to award a service contract to support software development by means of an open procedure in accordance with Section 119 (1) GWB in conjunction with Section 15 VGV. There is a need for external development support in the area of software development by December 31, 2022 in the amount of 200 person days (PT) and an option of 200 PT.

Uncalled contingent of the agreed 200 person days and the option of 200 person days for development services can be located beyond the contract period in coordination with the client.

The option is called up in consultation between the client and the contractor and is contractually covered by the present EVB-IT service contract. There is no entitlement to call the option.

In addition, there is the option to extend the contract for the years 2023 and 2024 for one year each under the following conditions, if mutually agreed:

- Base quota 2023:200 PT

- 2023 option: 200 PT

- Basic quota 2024:200 PT

- Option 2024:200 PT

Here too, uncalled contingent can be used beyond the extended year in coordination between the client and the contractor (see above).
