The supply of food and food-related products for the catering courses, bread and pastry training and the hybrid canteen MMS of the Graafschap College (lot 1), and the supplies for the canteens of the Graafschap College where catering is provided in-house (lot 2). The delivery of products that are sold from vending machines are also part of the assignment. The vending machines are filled by employees of the Graafschap College.

The supply of specific local products, coffee and tea, banqueting and the refilling of smart fridges that are present at some locations are not part of the scope of the assignment. Another supplier can also be used for the catering of events.

It is possible that the interpretation of canteen facilities and the number of smart fridges or vending machines will change during the term of the agreement, and that this will affect the size of the assignment.

The size of the assignment in 2022 was € 645,000 per year including VAT. The subdivision was approximately € 200,000 for lot 1 and approximately € 445,000 for lot 2. The total size of the assignment is a maximum of € 1,250,000 including VAT for lot 1 and a maximum of € 2,750,000 including VAT for lot 2. The scope of the assignment has been determined as accurately as possible. If the specified size is realised earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, the contract will be re-tendered (prematurely). No rights can be derived from this amount.
