Tender with a European open procedure for the hiring of (Collection) vehicles. Midwaste acts as Contracting Authority. These Midwaste members are the Clients:

1. Municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch, Department of Waste Service,

2. Municipality of Breda, Waste Service Department

The purpose of the Tender is to conclude a framework agreement per plot with a maximum of three contracting parties for the hiring of various (collection) vehicles for waste collection. The framework agreements have a term of two (2) years with an option to extend one (2) times two (2) years.

Award is made on the basis of Lowest price.

This tender will take place exclusively and entirely digitally online using the Mercell Source-to-Contract platform (www.mercell.com). A detailed instruction regarding digital tendering can be found in the questionnaires.
