Sørreisa kommune sees the need to strengthen the work around children and youth with disruptive behaviour in primary and lower secondary schools. The municipality is recruiting such competence in their own organisation, but before this is established, and as a supplement to this, Sørreisa kommune wants to enter into a framework agreement with an external service provider for the delivery of “milieu therapy services in primary and lower secondary schools in Sørreisa”.
