According to § 14 para. 2 in conjunction with § 15 VgV, a framework agreement for the purchase of UiPath RPA products is put out to tender. This includes the purchase of new licenses as well as the renewal of existing licenses. The tendered framework agreement begins with the award and has an initial term of 24 months. It may be extended by mutual agreement up to two times for a further 12 months each; a total of max. 48 months contract term.

During the term of the contract, the contractor takes over the entire processing of the license acquisition of UiPath RPA products for the client. Furthermore, the contractor provides consulting and support services in connection with the procurement of licenses by the client.
