The object of the procurement is to manage the Client's school transports (school, preschool and day care transports) as charter traffic at the sites specified in the invitation to tender. The transports are carried out on school days in accordance with the school year schedules confirmed by the Client, of which there are approximately 190 per academic year.
The invitation to tender concerns seven sub-entities and objects:

6. Nokia city centre meter-taxed car
7. Pinsiö

The requirements for the implementation of services and equipment are defined in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.
The school transport principles of the City of Nokia are described in Appendix 3.
1. Tottijärvi & VahalahtiSite 1 comprises the school transport of the pupils of Tottijärvi School, Vahalahti School and Tottijärvi Preschool, as well as the connecting transportation of pupils attending the downtown schools living in Tottijärvi between home and the bus stop.

As a rule, transports between 7:00 – 10:00 and 12:00–17:00.
As a rule, two cars (Auto 1 and Auto 2) are driven in the Tottijärvi area. In the Vahalahti area, as a rule, one car is driven (Auto 3). Cars can support each other. Afternoon transports can be handled by one car, eg. connecting transfers between home and bus stop.
At 1 Tottijärvi & Vahalahti, the operator is responsible for transport planning. The City of Nokia transmits the student data to the transport operator. The operator plans the routes and operates the daily driving arrangements. The operator submits the routes and timetable information to the City of Nokia for approval before the start of the academic year. The City of Nokia forwards the application periods for homes.

2. Siuro & LinnavuoriSite 2 comprises the school transport of pupils from Siuro and Linnavuori schools, as well as preschools, as well as connecting pupils living in Siuro and Linnavuori to the city centre schools between home and the bus stop.

The site will be operated by two school transport vehicles. At the moment, car rides are divided so that one car mainly drives the Siuro school side, while the other car drives the linnavuori school area mainly. But both cars operate in both areas depending on the situation and the need for transportation. If possible, the first runs of the morning and, accordingly, the last runs of the afternoon are always combined with only one car. An option car is for transports that actual cars are not capable of due to the impossibility of distances or schedules. The use of the option car is negotiated separately before the start of the school year.

10 cars will be put out to tender for destination 6 in order of affordability. The pricing of item 6 is based on the discount percentage given from the meter rate; The price table of Tampere Regional Taxi is used to determine the meter rate.

7. PinsiöStudent transport from the Pinsiö area (postcode area 39150) to schools in the central area of Nokia.
Operations in the Pinsiö area are operated according to a regular route and schedule. The schedule and route remain constant during the school year, but changes can be made to the route/schedule if the school schedules, students' schools, etc. there will be changes. Changes are always, by definition, permanent in nature.
Car 1 min. 1+45 (1+25)
One (1) bus (M2 (or M3)) with at least 45 seats will be selected for the destination. In the invitation to tender, the operator must offer one (1) bus (M2 (or M3)) with at least 25 seats. Both offer a daily rate separately.
During the summer weather 1+45. In slippery winter time, operating with 1+25 cars according to the kelio ratios.
When the number of students transported exceeds the number of passenger seats in the car, the cars tendered for as additional cars/cars to destination 3-6 are utilised in the transports.
The Customer reserves the right to change the route and schedule during the contract period.
