Trondheim Parkering KF invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of charging stations for chargeable motor vehicles, including excavation, assembly, operation and maintenance.

The new parking regulations mean that several charging stations must be established for charging chargeable motor vehicles in Trondheim, c.f. § 35. Charging Option and § 65. Commissioning and transition provisions.

Due to a lack of experience, 2017 will be a trial year with the establishment of 20-40 charging stations. This is to uncover future needs for the number of new charging stations, as well as the need for the locating charging stations in new locations. The first and prioritised assignment for the chosen tenderer will be to establish 28 wall mounted charging stations in Leuthenhavn car park.

A decision has not yet been made as to whether there will be a parking charge for electric vehicles. TP and the chosen tenderer shall follow the decision on charges when it has been made and possibly amended at a later date.

TP would, thus, like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who will have complete responsibility for the engineering design services, development and establishment of the charging stations with mode 3 type 2 technology in Trondheim, in consultation with TP.

As a starting point we will require charging stations for charging by the roadside, public charging stations and the establishment of wall mounted charging stations in car parks, but charging stations can also be established in private areas. TP would like to carry out parts of the operational and maintenance assignments themselves.

Another business model can be required in private areas than that used in public areas. This could be user payments for charging, other types of charging technology, all in accordance with the area owner's wishes and needs.
