For the various administrative buildings pertaining to the contracting authority in Brussels, the purpose of the contract deals with the provision of the following services, falling under two distinct component parts:

— provision of services intended for preventive, corrective and curative maintenance, and assistance to operate security installations (part I);

— the delivery, installation and programming of new security equipment (part II).

The services covered by this contract concern the buildings of the contracting authority, and fall under the following two distinct component parts:

— part I covers security installations already in place, and concerns their preventive, corrective and curative maintenance, as well as assistance to operate;

— part II covers delivery, installation and programming of new safety equipment.
