Various buildings of the Bruchsal Prison, Kislau Prison and Karlsruhe Prison, see list of buildings, temporary contract work by the Technical Department, specialist planning services for construction maintenance work in the area of the Bruchsal Prison with its Kislau branch and Karlsruhe Prison in the Department of Electrical Engineering (KG 440, 450).
The planning task includes construction maintenance tasks with total construction costs (GBK) of up to 150,000 euros gross for at least two years with the option of extension for a further year to a maximum of four years. The client reserves the right to commission the contractor with additional small construction measures with GBK up to 2,000,000 euros gross. The retrieval of all services takes place via the placement of individual orders.
The state guidelines for the construction of prisons in Baden-Württemberg (LRL-V) must be taken into account. Only personnel who have previously been checked for reliability and who have no negative indications may be used to carry out the services. The contractor undertakes to submit to the client a completed and signed sample "Declaration of consent: Application for the performance of a background check for external personnel" with a corresponding copy of identification or a valid (not older than 2 years) verification confirmation from the State Criminal Police Office for each person working on the construction site. The contractor is obliged to comply with the regulations set out in the "Leaflet on the handling of classified information (VS) classified as VS-FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY".
Construction maintenance work by a specialist planner for technical equipment in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI for at least two years with the option of extension by a further year to a maximum of four years as well as optional commissioning of smaller construction measures.

Bidders as well as their subcontractors and lenders must submit the relevant declarations of commitments in accordance with § 5 LTMG, which can be viewed at "https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/”.

In order to carry out the services, the requirements of the common administrative regulation for external person inspection of July 25, 2017 (GABI., P.453) must be met.
