Facility management consultancy services:

In the context of the management of existing and potential future property the Agency signed a contract for external services in the fields of:

A) Strategic facility management;

B) Commercial facility management;

C) Technical facility management;

D) Infrastructural facility management;

E) Health and safety and security management;

F) Property IT consultancy.

Following the unsuccessful Lot 2 under the open procedure EASA.2018.HVP.04, the Agency decided to launch a competitive procedure with negotiation which resulted in the signature of the related framework contract. Further information as to the scope is given under Section II.1.4).
