This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Next Generation Sequencing Services Maynooth University. Maynooth University is seeking NGS services to supply sequencing preparation and sequence data generation from multiple forms of input nucleic acid. The successful Tender/s will be required to sequence DNA and/or RNA from prokaryotic and/or eukaryotic and/or viral. Tenderers MUST own the High-throughput (HT) Illumina NovaSeq/NextSeq platforms and the low throughput (LT) iSeq/MiniSeq/MiSeq platforms equipment, or equivalent equipment providing the same quality and specifications. For specific whole genome shotgun (WGS) or long-Amplicon projects, long-read Pacific Biosciences, PacBio RSII/Sequel equipment or equivalent equipment will be required.
