The contract includes the provision of hot drinks for contracting staff at the various locations. The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply, installation and management and maintenance of hot drink vending machines. The hot drink vending machines must be installed ready for use at all locations (but preferably as soon as possible after the signing of the agreement) on 1.3.2020.
