The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to study, implement and carry out a set of services for Visitors, Occupants and the Building of the Hôtel de la Marine in Paris. This set of services will be managed by a single Holder in order to offer integrated management, both at the tactical and strategic levels, and to coordinate the delivery of services as a single point of contact with the Centre des Monuments Nationaux. The Data Controller will organize his/her mission through a system of procedures and tools for supervision and traceability. The scope of the services includes: - steering and management of services - technical maintenance of equipment (all spaces) - cleanliness of spaces - fire safety - safety - IT maintenance - small logistics and handling
