The Management Centre of the Territorial Public Service of Meurthe-et-Moselle, represented by its president, is carrying out this consultation with a view to subscribing insurance contracts guaranteeing the financial risks linked to the statutory social protection of the staff of local authorities, public institutions of the department, in application of Article 26 paragraph 5 of Law No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984, as amended, laying down statutory provisions relating to the Territorial Public Service still in force at the date of the contract, the General Code of the Public Service and Decree No. 86-552 of 14 March 1986. Adherence to these contracts is offered to local authorities and public institutions of Meurthe-et-Moselle affiliated or not to the Management Center. The latter will also adhere to this contract.
