Wales & West Housing is procuring up to 9 no. long term contracts in 3 no. geographical regions, with up to 3 no. consultants in each lot. The contracts will cover the provision of Employers Agent Services, for a range of newbuild housing development schemes on sites involving a full range of sizes and construction methods. These services will complement established regional long term construction contracts and a variety of one off development projects over the contract term. Projects will be awarded to appointed Employers Agents on a rotational basis.
