In the absence of a central town center, the local and 1975 built as a pavilion elementary school in the district of Dortmund Wichlinghofen despite the less attractive appearance has become an important meeting place and "representative of a district square" developed.

The district and education center is to be supplemented by a separate building in which barrier-free comfort apartments for one and two-person households are realized. In future, the residents have the option of prioritizing part of the space offered by the district and education center.

The total space program (excluding the housing construction) covers around 3 490 m 2 Usable area for a construction sum of a maximum of 8 834 300 EUR net for the cost groups 300 and 400 and about 660 000 EUR net for the cost group 500.

Subject of this procedure are the technical planning services of the technical equipment acc. Performance picture of the HOAI. You need the equipment groups 1-5 and 7-8. It is a phased commissioning of the Lph. 1-9 (without lph. 7) provided.

Lph. 1-6 approx. From March 2019 - August 2021

Lph. 8 approx. From May 2022 - January 2024

Parallel to this negotiated procedure an architect / realization competition is tendered. The appointment of the architect's office is planned for the beginning of next year.

The intended assignments are subject to the budgetary approval of the lenders. This is a funding measure and thus subject to the provisions of subsidy law.
