Project management for the rehabilitation of the Breuil farm in Mézidon Vallée d'Auge (14) and construction of extensions for the installation of a cultural center and a leisure center.

The project management market includes the following missions: basic mission + complementary missions: OPC, SSI, EXE Part. This assignment will be the subject of three project management contracts, according to the following distribution: under project management EPF Normandy: project management of closed and covered works and demolition of buildings not preserved under project management Town of Mézidon Vallée d'Auge: project management of the finishing works of the building used for leisure center and construction of associated extensions under the project management of the urban community Lisieux Normandie: project management finishing works for the building used as a cultural center, construction of associated extensions and exterior fittings, future equipment will host:

- the leisure center (see information sheet in the appendix) on the whole of building A (750 m 2 Su) and extensions (multipurpose room and circulation) to be created (370 m 2 Su);

- the cultural center (see information sheet in the appendix) on the entire building B (860 m 2 ) and extensions (auditorium, classrooms and circulation) to be created (425 m 2 Su).

The layout of the outdoor spaces will include:

- the creation of outdoor spaces in the leisure center;

- the creation of roads, pedestrian paths, parking;

- the development of the pond;

- landscaping of other spaces.
