The subject of the contract is the supply of ammonia water for the needs of MZGOK Sp. z o.o. in Konin.

Estimated expected demand:

a) ammonia water supplied by road tanker - 350 Mg

b) ammonia water supplied in canisters 25 kg - 200 kg

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Part V of the SWZ.

As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to supply ammonia water for the needs of MZGOK Sp. z o.o. in Konin, including:

a) successive delivery by road tanker and unloading of ammonia water into the tank V=40 m3 in the amount of about 350 Mg per year. The tank is equipped with connections: product phase DN 80, gas phase DN 50. One-time delivery size of about 25 Mg.

b) successive supply of ammonia water in 8 canisters weighing 25 kg each (canister made of material enabling visual control of the liquid level) – total weight 200 kg. One-time delivery volume – 4 pcs. (total weight 100 kg).

The Contractor's obligations related to the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex 5 to the SWZ.
