The contract will be entered into in accordance with NS 8431 General contract provisions for the delivery of cleaning services.

The gross area of the building is approx. 14,500 m2, divided over 8 levels and 4 wings (A-B-C-D). The building primarily consists of office cubicles, office settings and meeting rooms divided throughout floors 0-5. In addition to this, there is a cafeteria and a library on the 1st floor, a meeting room department with a large auditorium on level 0 and a gym with shower on the basement floor.

Cleaning of Akersveien 26 is carried out both by its own cleaning service and externally by Rengjøringsbyrå. The cleaning scope for Rengjøringsbyrå is the entire 4th, 5th and 6th floors, as well as parts of the 1st floor and basement. See the annex for an overview of the area and frequency.

The main cleaning services will be carried out upon further order. General cleaning is carried out by the cleaning company, including the parts of the building that are cleaned on a daily basis by SSB's cleaning staff. Cleaning of the building will take place between the hours of 06:00 and 17:00.
