The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin and subordinate units (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin). The detailed scope of deliveries is described in Annexes 1.1. – 1.7 to the SWZ "Price forms" and in the model contract constituting an attachment to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to KMP Biała Podlaska, KPP Kraśnik, KPP Lubartów, KMP Lublin, KPP Opole Lubelskie, KPP Parczew, KPP Puławy, KPP Radzyń Podlaski, KPP Ryki, KP Piaski (subordinate to KPP Świdnik), KWP Lublin, KPP Łęczna, in accordance with Annex 1.1 to the SWZ and the model contract;

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to KPP Biłgoraj, KMP Chełm, KPP Hrubieszów, KPP Krasnystaw, KPP Tomaszów Lubelski, KPP Włodawa, KMP Zamość, in accordance with Annex 1.2 to the SWZ and the model contract

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to KPP Łuków, in accordance with Annex 1.3 to the SWZ and the model contract;

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to KPP Janów Lubelski, KP Annopol (subordinate to KPP Kraśnik), in accordance with Annex 1.4 to the SWZ and the model contract;

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the residential premises of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin (Wieniawska Street, Żołnierska Street, Jana Pawła II Street, Narutowicza Street, Gliniana Street), KPP Biała Podlaska (Królowej Jadwigi Street), KMP Chełm (Wolności Street), in accordance with Annex 1.5 to the SWZ and the model contract;

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to KPP Świdnik, in accordance with Annex 1.6 to the SWZ and the model contract;

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to KWP Lublin (Forensic Laboratory), in accordance with Annex 1.7 to the SWZ and the model contract.
