The subject of the contract is the management of non-segregated and selectively collected municipal waste, collected from the area of the Krokowa commune.

The scope of the contract includes municipal waste management services collected from the Krokowa commune:

1) non-segregated (mixed), in a municipal installation run by the contractor,

2) separately collected, in a waste recovery and disposal installation on its own, if the contractor operates such an installation, or by transferring waste to such installations,

- in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

The estimated total amount of municipal waste to be managed is approx. 4.95 thousand Mg/year.
