The subject of this call is the completion of an invitation to tender through an 'open procedure' for the entrusting, through framework agreement, of the supply of 310 litre monocoque household composters under conditions and procedures provided for in the “technical performance specifications”, as well as under the conditions provided for in the tender specifications and their respective annexes.
