Provision of storage bins, order picking

Framework agreement on logistics services:

- Provision of 200 Euro pallet storage locations

- Receipt of goods (food, cardboard)

- Wareneingangsprüfung

- Breaking open the containers

- Provision of packaging utensils (e.g. adhesive tapes, etc.)

- Preparation of the boxes

- Picking according to the packing list

- Sealing the boxes

- Loading on pallets

- Assistance during loading/transport

for truck transports with semitrailers and a loading area for 33 Euro pallets to the regions of Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa (Ukraine)

The contract is reserved for workshops for disabled people within the meaning of § 219 (1) SGB IX and inclusion companies within the meaning of § 215 (1) SGB IX.

Kommissionierungsumfang:

approx. 1,650 food parcels per transport; this corresponds to a maximum of 33 Euro pallets

Foodstuffs not subject to refrigeration, packaged and palletized

Furniture (tables, chairs, blackboards)

firefighting and medical equipment,

Medical devices

Period:

The execution period starts on 25.09.2023 and ends on 31.12.2023. The 1st transport will take place as soon as possible, at the latest after 3 weeks after the award of the contract. Initially, 20 transports are to be picked in 2023. At least 1 transport per calendar week must be possible. If more than one transport is to be carried out in one calendar week, the client shall announce this in writing 3 weeks before the call-off.

There is the possibility of extending the contract in 2024 and 2025 by up to 50 transports each. At least 1 transport per calendar week must be possible.

These further transports can be ordered by the client over the entire contract period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025. The retrieval takes place with a lead time of 6 weeks. There is no acceptance obligation on the part of the client.
