The tenderer is able to offer a range with related services within the following product groups:

• Desktops;

• Thin clients;

• Laptops:

o Optional: Laptop and backpack (to be determined after award).

• Image and docking screens;

• Tablets:

o Optional: Protective cover including keyboard.

• Smartphones:

o Optional: Bookcase;

o Optional: Battery charger;

o Optional: Earpods.

• Headsets;

• Audiovisual resources*;

•Remaining**.

Tenderer must provide user hardware for the above product groups, which meets the minimum configuration of the corresponding product group included in Annex XI Minimum configuration. For the desktop, thin clients, and laptops product groups, Subscriber must offer user hardware from a brand listed in the leaders quadrant of Annex XI Gartner Magic Quadrant. For the other product groups, Subscriber may also offer trademarks outside the brands listed in Annex XII Gartner Magic Quadrant.

In the period 2018 to 2022, approximately € 5,000,000.00 excluding VAT on user hardware was purchased. Given inflation, it is expected that approximately € 5,500,000 excluding VAT will be spent on user hardware over the next five (5) years.
