The contract governed by these special specifications is a framework agreement and includes all the supplies, services and works set out in their principles in these special specifications and specified in the descriptive bill of quantities, as well as in any other contractual document.

This framework agreement is concluded with a single successful tenderer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- dismantling of existing grids and beams;

- the demolition of the peripheral road surface;

- adaptation and repair of the concrete support;

- the manufacture and installation of new grids;

- the stability study on the basis of the plans of standards;

- all repairs of any failures or anomalies of the work carried out under the warranty.

The company does not include:

• the electrical, electromechanical and thermal equipment of the works, unless the descriptive and summary quantities stipulate otherwise;

• the permanent relocation of cables and pipes belonging to subsoil concessionaires unless the descriptive and summary quantities stipulate otherwise;
