For the delivery, the superstructure guidelines (OR) and additional track guidelines ( OR-Z ) of the VDV (Association of German Transport Companies) for railways according to the BOStrab (Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Trams) in the version valid at the time of delivery as well as additional delivery conditions of the customer must be observed.

The building materials to be used must comply with the valid DIN, OR / OR-Z of the VDV and the requirements of the Client.

The proof of suitability for the building materials and components used must be provided by the Contractor and submitted to the Client in good time.

The tests are to be arranged in accordance with the requirements contained in the DIN, the OR / OR-Z of the VDV and the specifications of the VOB A / VOL.

The materials are to be delivered to the storage area of the AG in Jena and unloaded. The delivery as well as loading and unloading processes, also for any necessary interim storage, must be included in the respective items and will not be remunerated separately.

Grooved rails with rail profile 60R 1 made of material 2 90 GHT-C L are to be supplied.

Unperforated grooved rails shall be supplied.

All grooved rails laid in bends and transition arches shall be pre-bent.
