Terms of services for forest fire protection (package No. 17):

The subject of the order will be implemented gradually from spring to autumn in 2019 on forest fire risk days, i.e. from approximately April 1, 2019. until 30.09.2019 The detailed date for starting and completing the works will be set by the Employer after obtaining the guidelines from the Director of RDSF in Toruń;

The service of the Emergency Dispatch Point (PAD) and the forecasting point will be performed in the abovementioned period on all days of the week;

Observation from fire towers or with the use of industrial cameras at the alarm and dispatch point will be carried out on hot and dry days, with a fire hazard of at least 1 and higher. The decision to start observation is made each time by a Forest Inspector or an authorized person;

The service provided, which is part of the subject of the contract, will be financed based on the hourly rate adopted for calculating the value of the offer, and the actual number of hours worked in a given month;

The basis for issuing an invoice for the service performed in a month is a summary of the number of hours worked, prepared based on the fire duty control. kept at the emergency call point;

The payment for the service will be payable to the contractor's account within the time limit resulting from the signed contract;

The contractor is required to perform services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations for the protection of forests against fires, listed in point 3.2 ToR.
