The assignment will take place through an open procedure and with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art. 60, 95 paragraph 3, lett. b) and 157 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50 and in compliance with the guidelines provided by the ANAC Guidelines n. 1 "General guidelines on the awarding of services related to architecture and engineering."

The main service is that relating to S.03-Structures, point infrastructure works-Structures in reinforced concrete subject to seismic action.

The detailed description of the services as well as the contents of each project level and the methods, terms and conditions for carrying them out are contained in the Preliminary Document at the start of the Design and in the Performance Specifications, which are an integral part of the Tender Regulations.
