The contract award procedure in question is conducted on the basis of the Act - Public Procurement Law (i.e. 39 in relation from art. 134 section 1 of the PPL Act.
The order includes the supply of an assortment such as: office supplies, photocopier and computer paper, cleaning and hygiene products as well as groceries. The subject of the Order will be implemented gradually, based on detailed orders, depending on the needs of the Employers.
