The object of the order is the delivery of

Lot 1: two 4x4 tractor units as well as

Lot 2: two deportation semi-trailers.

The tractor units are to be operated as a combination with the deportation semi-trailers. Therefore, please note the necessary vehicle combination and configuration.

After the order is placed, an interface meeting will take place in which the contractors will have to vote on the interfaces of the lots offered.

The tractor units are mainly intended to be used on the road. In addition, routes on moderately paved landfill areas and gravel roads have to be mastered. The operating radius is carried out in urban and rural areas, in partly confined traffic conditions and at transfer stations. The overall height of the chassis must be designed for road use, but the front bumper must also be guaranteed for landfill and construction site traffic. For the intended area of application, deportation semi-trailers with a volume of approx. 65m³ are saddled. For information about the deportation semi-trailer, please refer to the performance index Lot 2.

Delivery time according to bidder

The entire vehicle must comply with current German and European standards and regulations on the delivery date.

After commissioning, a construction discussion may be planned due to the various interface coordination of both contractors.

-Technology demonstration:

If necessary, a test operation over 5 working days (Mon.- Fri.) must be carried out with a demonstration vehicle at the client.

Type training:

detailed theoretical/practical instruction of workshop personnel and drivers of the client by contractors' skilled personnel

further execution conditions:

The tractors must be identical in setting, equipment and configuration. Both tractors must be able to operate with both lot 2 deposition semi-trailers.

Customer service workshop/contractor for repairs and maintenance of tractors at a distance of max. 50 km from the client's location.

Exhaust emissions must meet at least the EU emission standard pollutant class Euro VI.

Delivery of two deportation semi-trailers

The aforementioned deportation semi-trailers are operated in combination with the tractor units. The required vehicle configuration (interfaces) must be considered during delivery.

These will mainly be used in road use. In addition, short stakes on moderately paved landfill areas and gravel roads can be overcome.

They are used in urban and rural areas as well as at transfer stations. The tractor units are delivered to the production site of lot 2.

The operation of the semi-trailers in combination with the tractor unit must comply with current German and European standards and regulations on the date of delivery and ensure safe and proper operation in road traffic with a permissible maximum speed of at least 80 km/h.

three axles, air suspension all axles, first axle lift axis, automatically regulated, with start-up aid function, can be operated from the tractor unit (coordination with contractor lot 1 on pinout of the electrical interface)

Braking system: disc brake for all wheels, parking brake, trailer brake connection (two-line brake, EBS brake system, position for the area behind the cab, matching/matched with lot 1, standard clutches), air boilers with drainage valves

lighting devices in accordance with EC directives and StVZO (outline lights, side marker lights, taillights, license plate lights, all in LED technology), all-round beacon, 4 work lights (AS) in LED technology, work lights (AS) circuit via a switch in the tractor unit, can be switched on and off together (pinout to coordinate the electrical interface with the contractor from lot 1)

Marking: among others CE marking, contour marking in white as possible, waste label (“A shield” in the rear area)

Rear view camera (coordination with provider from lot 1)
