Description:
Single Sign On - Softwarebeschaffung und Softwareimplementierung

The subject matter of the present award procedure is a framework agreement with an economic operator pursuant to Section 21 (3) VgV for the procurement of a Single Sing On solution (hereinafter referred to as the SSO or SSO solution) for the hospitals of Sana Kliniken AG as on-call clients (Appendix 3).

The existing security infrastructure of the on-demand clients is to be expanded and supplemented by an SSO solution.

The classic log-in methods of username and password entry are to be supplemented by modern login methods such as biometrics (fingerprint) and/or chip card or token. This is intended to increase access protection to clients and medical devices.

The software to be procured should also be maintained; a comprehensive service should also be available during the term of the contract.

In addition, the requested solution is to be installed and installed by the contractor in the on-call clinics and implemented in their security architecture.

The framework agreement is a contract concluded for the term specified in the notice which obliges the contractor(s) to perform the services called up with individual contracts under the conditions laid down in the framework agreement and the respective individual contract.

These individual contracts shall be awarded exclusively by the contracting entities referred to in Appendix 3 "List of contracting entities" to the undertaking(s) which is(or are) party to the framework agreement at that time.

The clients entitled to call are recipients of subsidies from the Hospital Future Act and are obliged to comply with public procurement law by the subsidy notice. Some contracting authorities are bound by (antitrust) public procurement law as contracting authorities within the meaning of the GWB.

The KHZG is driving digitization forward. In the course of continuous digitization, IT security must also be further expanded so that critical IT infrastructures are protected in the best possible way.

In compliance with the legal requirements of the procurement regulations, the planned projects for the procurement of an SSO solution in the on-call clinics are put out to tender.

The details of the specific procurement project can be found in the procurement documents.
