1. Object and aim of the procedure:
Allocation of services for technical equipment according to HOAI 2021 part 4 section 2, § 53 (2) no. 1 sewage, water and gas installations, no. 2 heat supply systems, no. 3 ventilation systems and no. 8 building automation service phases 1 - 9 for the renovation of the town hall in Trossingen.

can be selected.
The town hall in Trossingen consists of 2 building parts,
the historic old building, which is protected as a monument, from the
1904, as well as the extension from 1980.
According to § 2 DschG, the old building of the town hall in Trossingen is

2. Procedure
The award procedure is divided into 2 stages. In one

3. Assignment
The assignment is subject to project approval by the municipal council of the city of Trossingen within the framework of call-off agreements. The contractor is obliged to take over the services, including performance phase 9 HOAI, when the project is realized.
The commission for the conversion and renovation of the town hall is initially carried out until service phase 3. The client intends to commission the services in stages. A legal right to transfer all levels of performance
does not exist.
