The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding to be carried out in the Pińczów Forest District in 2019

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding to be carried out in the Pińczów Forest District in 2019.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, respectively. The material ranges are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are estimates,

4) A detailed description of the technology for the implementation of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract and a description of the rules for the procedure of acceptance of works is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) The subject of the contract was divided into 2 lots (hereinafter: "Package") "

Package I - Forest management in the Bogucice Forestry, covering works in the field of forest breeding, seed production, forest protection, touristic forest management, logging and skidding, fire protection
