The purpose of this consultation is to define the missions of assistance to the contracting authority for the establishment and deployment of a public road video protection system. This mission will focus on the analysis of the existing (the city has street cameras in certain areas of its territory), the analysis of the urban fabric and the needs or logic of protection of target sites, the proposed plan of implementation, technical and financial analysis of the project. At the end of the feasibility study, and after validation by the municipality, the holder will assist the community in the preparation of the prefectural authorization file and the grant application files. The AMO will draft the consultation file for companies (technical and administrative documents), will assist the community during the analysis of the offers and the award of contracts.

The purpose of this contract is to entrust the project manager with a mission, the constituent elements of which are as follows:

- Preliminary studies (EP);

- Preliminary project (AVP);

- Project studies (Pro);

- Assistance for the signing of works contracts (ACT);

- Execution studies (EXE);

- Direction of the execution of the works contract (DET);

- Site scheduling, management and coordination (OPC);

- Assistance during reception operations (AOR).
