1. The subject of the order is the replacement of monoblock wheels in 30 wheel sets in accordance with

With the technological documentation of vehicles and standards shown in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) on 5 rail buses:

1) SA133-025 - 6 wheel sets (4 drive wheel sets and 2 rolling sets with brake discs on the wheels);

2) SA133-026 - 6 wheel sets (4 drive wheel sets and 2 rolling sets with brake discs on the wheels);

3) SA133-027 - 6 wheel sets (4 drive wheel sets and 2 rolling sets with brake discs on the wheels);

4) SA133-028 - 6 wheel sets (4 drive wheel sets and 2 rolling sets with brake discs on the wheels);

5) SA137-002 - 6 wheel sets (4 drive wheel sets and 2 rolling sets, all sets with brake discs on the wheels).

2. The scope of work includes:

1) disassembly of monoblock wheels from wheel sets,

2) replacement of monoblock wheels with new ones that meet the requirements of PN-EN 13262 + A2: 2011 and PN-EN 13715: 2008 standards listed in the Maintenance System Documentation,

3) ratio of brake discs mounted on wheels

4) whitening the friction surfaces of brake discs,

5) rolling the outline of the rolling circle to a dimension in accordance with the technical drawing - dimensions after rolling - according to the measurement cards for P4 and P5 attached to the Agreement constituting Annex 6 to the ToR,

6) static balancing of wheelsets,

7) defectoscopy of the axis,

8) revision of bearings in wheelset axle boxes,

9) filling out the measuring cards for each wheel set according to the model attached to the Agreement constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.

3. Way of performing the order:

1) The handover of wheel sets for the replacement of monoblock wheels and their return after completing all the activities indicated in paragraph 2 will take place at ul. Tucholska 6A, in Chojnice (89-600). The Contractor shall ensure the handing over and receiving of wheel sets at his own expense and risk.

2) The scope of the service being the subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the technical documentation.

3) Scrap metal recovered during the service which is the subject of the contract is the property of the Employer and the Contractor shall deliver it to the Employer on the date of return of the wheel sets.

4) All assembly operations must be received by the receiving commissioner of the Employer.

5) Required warranty period - 12 months.
