The municipalities Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, Randaberg and Rogaland County, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites to an open tender contest for a Framework agreement for the purchase, repairs, filters and service ventilation systems.

The contracting authority will chose one supplier for each of the various parts. The contracting authority is not a legal entity. The municipalities use joint tender documentation, but will enter into separate contracts with the winning contractor and shall be considered as 5 separate contracting authorities with different delivery and invoicing addresses.

Framework agreement for the purchase, repairs, filters and service of ventilation systems

Due to a large geographical dispersion of the contracting authorities' public buildings, the framework agreement shall be divided in sub-agreements. Tenderers may submit tenders for 1 or more lots.
